Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Credit Card Processing Co. collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. In short: when you request a quote, we share your information with MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers so they can contact you about merchant services.

What information do we collect?
- Information you provide: business name, first and last name, email, mobile phone, ZIP code (and derived city and state), business type, monthly card volume, years in business, current processor, the services you need, and any processing statement you choose to upload.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, landing page, the page where you submitted, and marketing parameters such as UTM tags, gclid and fbclid.
- Consent records: the exact consent text shown, the time you submitted and the page URL.
How do we use it?
- To match your quote request with providers who can help.
- To keep records of consent and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To measure and improve our site and advertising.
Who do we share it with?
When you submit a quote request, your information is shared with:
- MerchantCardLeads (MerchantCardLeads.com), our lead marketplace partner; and
- Partner payment-processing providers: payment processors, ISOs and merchant services providers who receive requests through MerchantCardLeads and may contact you.
We also use service providers that host our site, store data and send email, and advertising and analytics providers (such as Google and Meta) that may receive device and event data. We may disclose information if required by law. We don't sell information to unrelated third parties outside of the quote-matching purpose described here.
What did I consent to?
Under every submit button we display: "By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
How can I opt out?
Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or tell a caller you no longer want to be contacted. You can also email hello@creditcardprocessingco.com. Partner providers maintain their own records, so you may need to opt out with each provider that contacts you.
How long do we keep data?
We keep quote requests and consent records as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, generally up to five years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of certain sharing. Email us to make a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and restricted access to stored data. Uploaded statements are kept in private storage.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the "last updated" date when we do.
